Lakeshore

Last week? The week before? I went to lake shore to read and wander. I found rusty blackbirds in the flock along the path, and finally heard the barred owl hooting as evening descended. I found the duck box that hosts a screech owl, but no owl was seen. It was a beautiful day of migrating waterfowl and birds enjoying the unseasonable warmth. Unfortunately, I haven't been out much since! I walked a little in Muir Woods and enjoyed the lake view from storyteller's circle.

This past week, and this week, are absolutely slammed. However (thanks be to God) everything has gone without a hitch. Next up is a midterm Thurs, but currently in meetings for our project until...Weds afternoon? I'm kind of hoping for one of our regularly scheduled events to be cancelled because I need to get out before 4pm on Weds for my sanity. Oh well, if not, next posts will be from spring break...in beautiful Costa Rica!!!
